Sorry, but Grange-over-Sands Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event
Grange over Sands, Cumbria

10.00am to 5.00pm
Grange-over-Sands is situated overlooking Morecambe Bay and enjoys a mild climate. It is sheltered by woodland with good walking and a climb up to Hampsfell Hospice with superb views of the Lakeland Fells.
Close to town is Brown Robin, a Cumbria Wildlife Reserve with breeding hawfinches. The mile long promenade adjoining the bay is a delight bordered by superb gardens.
This year we are featuring a Spring Garden Trail in a small area of Grange about one mile from the Town Centre, on the road to Allithwaite.
Refreshments available at various gardens.
Proceeds from the event will help the Grange in Bloom group improve the public gardens in Grange.
Plant sales: Plants will be for sale at various gardens.
Cost: Tickets are £5.00 in advance and £6.00 on the day, accompanied children free.
How to get event passports: Tickets are available from the Tourist Information Centre in Grange and also from participating gardens.

Directions: Turn off M6 at Junction 36 and follow signs for Barrow. Turn left at roundabout off A590 signed Grange. On entering Grange follow Open Garden signs through the town up the hill past the Tourist Information Centre and continue to mini roundabout. Continue straight on along the Esplanade passing Park Road Gardens and continue along the road towards Allithwaite for about a mile turning left at the top of the hill along Carter Road which leads to Kentsford Road. Please park in a safe and suitable place.
