Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, near Ripon and Fountains Abbey, our lovely village is holding its annual open gardens event. You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of gardens, large and small, including the beautiful gardens of the Manor House.
Do visit the Village Hall for teas and cakes, BBQ burgers and sausages. In the hall's garden you will find a summer market with various stalls selling gifts, crafts and produce. Also plenty of space for children to play.
Cream teas, coffees, ice cream and cakes will be available either at the village hall or in various gardens.
Proceeds to Village Hall Fund.
Plant sales: There will be plants for sale at the village hall.
Cost: £3.00 per adult, accompanied children free.

Directions: Follow the signs for Fountains Abbey from Ripon. Galphay is about 4 miles from the city. Please follow the parking signs, as this year's parking is in a different location to previous years.
