Stainton Garden Gadabout

 approx 15 gardens open Stainton, near Penrith, Cumbria
Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June 2019
12.00noon to 5.00pm

A varied selection of village gardens including three new openers this year - all sizes, many styles and something for everyone. You can find sweeping views and sheltered corners, vegetables and fruit, ponds, and, of course, many interesting and beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees.

Other attractions include teas at our brand new village hall, tombola, books, bric a brac, crafters' oddments and cake stalls and a bran tub.

Proceeds to Stainton Village Hall and Hospice at Home, Carlisle and North Lakeland.

Plant sales:  A plant stall will run in one of the open gardens.

Cost:  5.00 adults accompanied under 16s free. Tickets bought on Saturday remain valid for Sunday.

How to get event passports:  Tickets on the day from the Village Hall, or in advance from the Village Shop, Brantwood Hotel or the Alpaca Centre.

Number of gardens:  Approximately 15 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.
