Residents in the picturesque village of Amberley are busily tending their gardens in preparation for their biennial Open Gardens event. This wonderful and popular community event has been running for 28 years with the opportunity to see beautiful and diverse gardens in an idyllic setting.
Ploughman'ís lunches, village cream teas and the raffle of a magnificent designer hand-made quilt. No dogs please other than assistance dogs.
Proceeds to Action Medical Research which was founded over sixty years ago by a former Amberley resident, the late Duncan Guthrie.
Plant sales: Don't miss the superb plant stall with many unusual plants at the courtyard of Oaktree House.
Cost: £6.00 adutls, accompanied under 12s free.
