Farthingstone, between Towcester and Daventry, Northamptonshire

The lovely small village of Farthingstone is opening its gardens for the very first time. There is a wide variety to see, from mature walled cottage gardens to sweeping lawns with wonderful vistas; from herbaceous borders to productive vegetable gardens.
Scrumptious homemade teas will be served in our unique Cloisters in the Joy Mead garden where there will also be produce for sale plus a plant tombola.
All proceeds from the day will go towards the upkeep of the Joy Mead garden, the Village Hall and the church.
Plant sales: There will be plants for sale in the Joy Mead garden - all locally produced.
Cost: £5.00 adults, accompanied under 16s free.

Directions: Farthingstone lies midway between Towcester and Daventry, about 2 miles west of the A5. Coming from the south, turn off the A5 at signs for Litchborough; coming from the north turn off through Weedon village.
