Wingfield, Suffolk Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June 2015 11.00am to 5.00pm (12.00noon start on Sunday)
In 2013 the theme for Wingfield Open Gardens was Horticulture and History. This year we plan to have a light hearted more upbeat approach to attract a wider community response from all residents in the village.
There will be more gardens open this year - 24 front garden scarecrow displays and 13 back gardens - and a sculpture trail.
Norfolk sculptors John Nicholson who works in steel and has previously exhibited at Bergh Apton will be joined by Kally Davidson a 3D textile artist.
Proceeds will go to St Andrew's Church.
Plant sales: Plant sales in several gardens including garden crafts.
Cost: £3.00 for both days, accompanied under 16's free.
How to get event passports: Admission ticket and guide can be purchased in advance from the De La Pole Arms, Wingfield Barns (1st June onwards) and from garden 2, Wingfield Meadows, during the event.
