Plungar, north of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2015 2.00pm to 5.00pm
6 gardens or more will be open in this delightful village within the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, all within easy walking distance of each other. Plungar is a small village, surrounded by open countryside below the escarpment of Belvoir Castle. Flower display in St. Helen's Church, together with exhibition by local Art Group.
Refreshments at the Village Hall on Frog Lane, a chance to indulge in home-made cakes and tea, etc. Strawberries and Fizz and Ice Creams at other locations. Tombola stall. Auction of Promises and BBQ on Saturday evening in @ Anchor Inn.
All proceeds to St Helen's Church and local Air ambulance Service.
Plant sales: Plant sales at one garden and/or Village Hall.
Cost: £3.50 per adult, accompanied children free.

Directions: 5 miles SE of A52 Bingham By-pass, via Granby. From A1 Grantham take A52 towards Nottingham, then 5 miles SW of A52 Bottesford By-pass signed Redmile/Harby/Belvoir. From A46/A6006 follow signs to Belvoir Castle. 11 miles N of Melton Mowbray via Stathern or Harby. Please use parking off Frog Lane.
