Skelton Open Gardens

This event is resting for 2017
Sorry, but Skelton Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

approx 8 gardens opened Skelton-in-Cleveland, near Saltburn-by-Sea, Cleveland
Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June 2016
11.00am to 4.00pm

Heritage is the main theme - we have the beautiful gardens of the Old Rectory which ramble down to ancient woodland and are enhanced with Artistic Sculptures. We have the site of the ancient Mill with its mill race and stream rippling through the freshly planted gardens. Old established gardens, a newly landscaped garden, some terraced with outstanding views and the rambling grounds of Skelton Castle. The added bonus garden is on the site of old allotments - a garden and orchard created by residents for residents, in the centre of our heritage village.

'Posh' Afternoon Teas are available for just 5.00 at Garden D. Skelton History Group will be on hand to give information if required. Please note - last entry to Castle Garden 3.00pm, all others 3.30pm.

Proceeds will be donated to Great North Air Ambulance.
