Open Gardens Festival with added music. Inspirational trail of cottage and Manor gardens, including newly completed private gardens of Michael Balston, international landscape designer and Vice President to the RHS.
Wonderful 'Music for a Awhile Shorts' mini recitals performed in the historic church of All Saints, Alton Priors, in aid of the Roof Appeal. Newly restored Saxon church of St. Mary's, Alton Barnes.
Delicious teas along the Garden Trail. Lunches in the pretty canal-side garden of the Honeystreet Wharf Cafe. Vintage car rides between the villages (by donation).
All proceeds to parish projects.
Plant sales: There will be a plant stall.
Cost: Adults £5.00, accompanied children £1.00, under 2s free.
How to get event passports: Buy passports on the day from either end of the Garden Trail.
