Debden, Saffron Walden, Essex Sunday 18th June 2017 12.00noon to 5.00pm
For the first time since 2002, our gardens will be open in Debden and Debden Green, an attractive village four miles south of Saffron Walden.
There will be gardens of all sizes up to one and a half acres - herbaceous borders, orchards, vegetable gardens, ponds and naturalised areas.
Light lunches and teas will be available in the New Room in Debden Church and an exhibition of old garden and agricultural implements in Debden Green. There will be a quiz for children.
Proceeds will be used to maintain the fabric of the 13th Century Parish Church, which will be open.
Plant sales Plant sales in the centre of the village and in some gardens.
Cost £5.00 per adult, accompanied chldren 16 or under free.
How to get event passports Tickets available at our Village Hall and in most gardens identified by a yellow flower.
Directions Debden and Debden Green are easily accessible from Bishops Stortfod, Dunmow and Saffron Walden. Gardens will be marked with a flower sign, where you can buy a ticket - you don't have to drive to the centre of the village.
