Longton Open Gardens

Longton, near Preston, Lancashire

1.00pm to 5.30pm

Gardensold and new feature in Longton's 25th Open Gardens. Some have stalls and refreshments - one offers strawberries and cream, another ukulele music.

There will be an art exhibition in the church hall. Paintings - and cakes for sale.

Proceeds:  Proceeds for Christian Aid: Friends of Mulanje Orphans. Malawi (FOMO): Transform Trade and St. Catherine's Hospice.

Plant sales:  Plants sales at various gardens

Cost:  £5.00 adults, accompanied children free.

How to get tickets / programmes:  On the day from St. Andrew's church hall, participating gardens and Blundell's Hardware; in advance from local shops and garden centres/nurseries.
