Brassington Open Gardens

 approx 21 gardens open Brassington, near Wirksworth and Ashbourne, Derbyshire
Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June 2026
11.00am to 5.00pm

Stroll around our beautiful Peak district village and visit an eclectic range of village gardens.

The gardens are scattered around the village, so transit between them can take time, and with Brassington being in the Derbyshire Dales some inclines can be expected.

Please also visit the allotments at the far end of the village.

Refreshments are available in the church and British Legion, in some of our gardens and both our pubs.

Proceeds:  Proceeds to go to St. James Church, Brassington and Brassington Pre-School.

Plant sales:  There will be plant sales on Sunday.

Cost:  £5.00 adults, covers both days, accompanied 16s and under free.

How to get tickets / programmes:  Passports are available on the day at the bus stop opposite the Church.

Number of gardens:  Approximately 21 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.
