Astwood Bank Open Gardens

10.00am to 5.00pm

The village has a dedicated Astwood Bank in Bloom team, who help to keep the village looking lovely all year round. The gardens are all very different for you to wander round and enjoy. There is also a fabulous Flower Festival in St. Matthias and St. George Church.

Look out for the miniature railway in one of the gardens, the topiary elephant in another. There will also be a choir performing in St. Matthias and St. George Church.

Refreshments are available in many of the gardens and at the Church, enjoy a cup of tea whilst enjoying the Flower Festival. There will be discounts and offers in some of the local pubs, club, and various cafés around the village.

Proceeds:  All proceeds to local charities through the Astwood Bank Carnival.

Plant sales:  Plant sales at some gardens.

Cost:  £7.50 on the day, covers both days, accompanied under 16s free. Early bird tickets £5.50 available between 27th February and 22nd May - please see our wesbite.

How to get tickets / programmes:  On the day from Botany Bay Nursery and Garden Centre, Edgioake Lane, The Ridgeway Secondary School, Evesham Road, St. Matthias and St. George Church, Church Road; in advance please see our website. Collect advance tickets at Botany Bay Nursery.

Number of gardens:  Approximately 20 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.

Directions / Parking:  Astwood Bank is south of Redditch in Worcestershire. It is situated on the A441 Evesham Road which is the main trunk road from Redditch to Evesham. It is 20 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and about 30 minutes from Worcester. The main parking facility is at The Ridgeway Secondary School, Evesham Road. There is also parking at Astwood Bank Primary School. Limited mobility parking is available at both locations.
