Sorry, but Abbotts Ann Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

approx 10 gardens opened Abbotts Ann, near Andover, Hampshire

12.00noon to 5.00pm

Abbotts Ann is a delightful village at the northern end of the Test Valley. Together with several pretty thatched cottages, there is a volunteer-run village shop, a pub and a church which interestingly has the largest number of 'virgin crowns' in the country.

The gardens are dotted around the village and include a wide variety of styles from cottage gardens to more formal ones. Teas are available as well as an open studio and a chance to play croquet.

All proceeds to a variety of village facilities / charities including the church, the Village Hall, the Community Village Shop, the sports hall and community voluntary organisations.

Plant sales:  It is hoped to have a plant sale depending on the Village plant sale two weeks before.

Cost:  5.00 for adults, children 12-18 2.00, under 12s free. Family ticket (2 adults and 2 paying children) 12.00.

How to get event passports:  On the day, most of the gardens will sell tickets; in advance, please buy from the Village Shop.
