Moggerhanger Open Gardens

approx 11 gardens open Moggerhanger, east of Bedford, Bedfordshire
Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May 2026
12.00noon to 5.00pm

You will be able to visit new and diverse gardens as well as see different plants and flowers flourishing in the gardens you already know and love. Also new is the chance to visit the community wildflower garden and meet three beautiful, well-behaved horses at one of our homes.

As before, the weekend will start in our beautiful church with floral displays and a plant sale. You can sit and enjoy teas, coffees, light lunches and an array of delicious homemade cakes from 11.15am each day.

Our friendly gardeners will be on-hand to chat and, this year, for the first time, each will be showcasing different methods and devices they use to garden more sustainably and in harmony with nature: visit them all and you could win a trip to Kew Gardens or Cambridge Botanical Gardens in our free competition, with a special competition prize for your children too.

So, maybe we will inspire you or perhaps you simply want to enjoy an uplifting day out where a warm welcome is guaranteed whatever the weather. We very much look forward to meeting you.
