Meole Village Open Gardens

Meole Village, Shrewsbury, Shropshire Sunday 2nd June 2024 1.30pm to 5.00pm
An interesting variety of gardens will be open, all set around Meole Village. Gardens for wildlife and for families, gardens in some of the oldest houses in the village, along with those in 20th century houses and one garden that is only three years old. All lovingly created by their owners for they and their families to enjoy.
We hope that you will enjoy them too.
Proceeds: All proceeds to our Village Defibrillator maintenance fund and to The Henry Angell-James Memorial Trust.
Plant sales: There will be plants for sale grown by villagers, also at the Village shop a good choice of commercially grown plants.
Cost: £5.00 adults, accompanied 16s and under free.
How to get tickets / programmes: Available from Meole Village News, Alexander Avenue, Meole village one week prior to the event and from through the Archway on Church Row, Meole Village, which is the recommended starting point for the tour.

Toilet Facilities: Toilets are available at this event.
Directions / Parking: Meole Village has narrow roads and limited parking, ideally walk or cycle. Cars please use the tarmac area off Church Road by the recreation ground and walk through the church yard to Church Row. Please respect residents and do not obstruct driveways or block roads.
