Higham Ferrers, near Rushden, Northamptonshire Sunday 15th June 2025 12.00noon to 5.00pm
An opportunity to visit the Secret Gardens in the historic town of Higham Ferrers with its wonderful medieval buildings.
Many interesting gardens of all styles and sizes will be open for you to enjoy. These include the wheelchair-friendly Duchy Barn Garden and Chichele College Garden where you will see the new Sensory Garden and wheelbarrows planted by school children and voluntary organisations.
Higham Ferrers Bowls Club will be serving Pimm's and drinks, and members are happy to let you have a go on the Bowling Green.
Teas and homemade cakes will be available in St. Mary’s Church
Proceeds: Proceeds go to Higham Ferrers Tourism to help fund planting and maintenance at the Chichele College Gardens, to support Higham Bowls Club and St. Mary’s Church.
Plant sales: Plants will be on sale in some of the gardens.
Cost: £5.00 adults, accompanied under 16s free.
