Hartlip, near Sittingbourne, Kent Sunday 1st June 2025 12.00noon to 5.00pm.
Nestled in the heart of Kent’s picturesque North Downs countryside, the charming village of Hartlip offers visitors a delightful blend of historic architecture and natural beauty.
Hartlip Open Gardens event promises a memorable and enriching experience with a wonderful variety of gardens open for you to visit. All gardens but one lie within the Hartlip Conservation Area.
Lunches will be served in the historic Methodist Chapel and Retreat Centre, with afternoon tea including home made cake being available at the ancient parish church of St. Michael & All Angels.
Proceeds: All proceeds to St. Michael & All Angel’s church fund.
Plant sales: Plant sales will be available at various of the participating gardens.
Cost: £5.00 per adult, accompanied under 16s free.
How to get tickets / programmes: Available on the day at the car park, the parish church and the Methodist chapel. Cash only please.

Directions / Parking: Hartlip is located south of the A2 between Rainham and Newington. Parking is in the recreation ground on Munn’s Lane, Hartlip. Munn’s Lane is located at the junction of The Street with Mill Lane, or may be accessed from Lower Hartlip Road.
