Sorry, but Nayland Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

 approx 18 gardens opened Nayland, near Colchester, Suffolk
Sunday 8th June 2025
1.00pm to 5.00pm

A good number of gardens of all sizes will be open in this medieval River Stour village in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The event is organised by the Nayland with Wissington Conservation Society and has been running annually since 1978. Teas in the Village Hall from 2.30pm.

Proceeds:  Proceeds go towards local conservation projects.

Plant sales:  Plant sales at various gardens.

Cost:  £5.00 per ticket.

How to get tickets / programmes:  On the day from the village hall or some participating gardens; in advance via our website. On the day bring your advance ticket to the Village Hall at Church Lane, Nayland, where you will be issued with a gardens programme.

Directions / Parking:  Nayland is 6 miles north of Colchester and 9 miles south of Sudbury on the A134. Car parking is available at the rear of the Village Hall.
