Cerne Abbas Open Gardens

 approx 25 gardens open Cerne Abbas, near Dorchester, Dorset
Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2026
2.00pm to 6.00pm

A wide range of private gardens open in renowned ancient village to raise money for local causes.

All gardens within easy walking distance of car park. There will be a flower display in our church.

Plant stall and teas are available from 1.00pm.

Well behaved dogs on leads welcome in most gardens.

Proceeds:  Proceeds to National Trust Giant Hill Appeal and Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance 2nd helicopter appeal.

Plant sales:  There will be a plant stall in the village square from 1.00pm.

Cost:  £8.00 for day ticket, £10.00 for tickets for both days, accompanied children free. Cash or card.

How to get tickets / programmes:  Available in the car park and the square, both from 1.00pm. Cash or card payments accepted.

Number of gardens:  Approximately 25 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.
