Netherbury Open Gardens

Please note
This event ran in 2025 but we don't yet have this year's details. When we get them, we'll add them, but in the meantime we include below event information from last year to remind you about the event.

approx 10 gardens opened Netherbury, just south of Beaminster, Dorset
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June 2025
1.00pm to 5.00pm

In the picturesque village of Netherbury, between Beaminster and Bridport, a not to be missed opportunity to see wonderful gardens opening together over one weekend including four excellent gardens that open for the NGS.

This year we are also welcoming back a very large garden under new ownership and two gardens that are new to our event - one being a newly designed large village garden and one is a garden designed to encourage wildlife.

We have an amazing variety of gardens to view, from small enclosed village ones to large ones with sweeping views of the surrounding beautiful countryside.

This idyllic village, with a river running through it, a 14th-century Church and views of the Dorset hills, makes the perfect backdrop to these magnificent gardens.

The village prides itself on the quality of the home-made lunches, teas and delicious cakes to refresh our visitors.
