Sorry, but Smarden Open Gardens isn't running this year. We'll keep you posted about next year's event details when they are known, but in the meantime we include below details from a previous year to remind you about the event

Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th June 2018
1.00pm to 6.00pm

Friends of Smarden Church are organising a wonderful weekend of Open Gardens.

Some beautiful gardens will open around the lovely medieval village of Smarden. Homemade teas available. There will also be a gathering of classic cars, a guided history tour of our village, picture framing studio exhibition and organ recital. There is also an art gallery and vintage shop in the village.

Proceeds towards upkeep of our historic church building.

Plant sales:  There will be a commercial plant stall.

Cost:  10.00 on the day for weekend ticket, or 8.00 in advance, accompanied children free.

How to get event passports:  Buy an entry programme with map from any garden on the day or from village shops in advance.
