Sydling St. Nicholas, near Dorchester, Dorset Sunday 25th and Bank Holiday Monday 26th May 2025 2.00pm to 6.00pm
Sydling St. Nicholas is a beautiful Dorset village, just eight miles north of Dorchester, full of stone cottages and gardens, with a stream running through.
We have a good range of gardens open for you to enjoy as well as our parish church. A lovely day out.
Afternoon tea and cakes will be on sale at the Village Hall throughout the afternoon.
Proceeds: Proceeds go towards helping to pay for the costs of running our village hall.
Plant sales: We always offer an excellent selection of locally grown plants and shrubs.
Cost: £5.00 adults, accompanied under 16s free, cash and cards accepted.
How to get tickets / programmes: Entry tickets can be purchased at the village hall.

Directions / Parking: Proceed out of Dorchester on the A37 towards Yeovil. After 5 miles on this road you reach the village of Grimstone. Turn off right to Sydling St. Nicholas under the railway viaduct. After approximately 3 miles, enter the village. The village hall is on the right, opposite the bus shelter.
