Please note
This event ran in 2025 but we don't yet have this year's details. When we get them, we'll add them, but in the meantime we include below event information from last year to remind you about the event.

approx 30 gardens opened Chalford Hill, near Stroud, Gloucestershire
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June 2025
12.00noon to 6.00pm

Since 1979 The Chalford and France Lynch Garden Trail has been one of the most popular trails in the area. A huge number of gardens are open to the public for the whole weekend, ranging from tiny postage stamp plots to several acres around larger homes, many with stunning views of the Golden Valley, all reflecting the individual characters of the owners - be it topiary, formal lawns and herbaceous borders, running water, precision vegetable gardens, wildflowers, butterflies and moths - the variety is endless.

This is a wonderful chance to wander round an "alpine village", take tea with home-made cakes and scones in shady gardens, while taking in panoramic views down the Golden Valley.
