Long Buckby Open Gardens
Long Buckby, between Daventry and Northampton, Northamptonshire Sunday 23rd July 2023 1.00pm to 6.00pm
Gardens will open in the historic villages of Long Buckby and Long Buckby Wharf, most within easy walking distance of each other. Varying in size and style, from courtyard and canal side to cottage garden, some are established, others are evolving. They include water features, pergolas, garden structures, chickens and pigs, but the stars are definitely the plants. Bursting with colour, visitors will find old favourites and the unusual, used in a variety of ways; trees, shrubs, perennials, climbers, annuals, fruit and vegetables.
Teas available. Full or partial wheelchair access available at almost all gardens, dogs welcome in most gardens.
Proceeds to National Gardens Scheme charities, including Macmillan, Hospice UK and Carers Trust.
Plant sales Plant sales at various gardens.
Cost £7.00 adults, accompanied children free.

Directions / Parking Find us eight miles NW of Northampton, near Junction 18 M1. Between A5 and A428. Long Buckby railway station station is a half a mile from the village centre. A free shuttle bus will be running.
