Middleton, near Saxmundham and Leiston, Suffolk Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th August 2021 11.00am to 5.00pm
Some very different gardens will be open including two that are new to our event - one stretching down to the Minsmere River, the other climbs to a mixed orchard and wildlife hotels. Emphasis on attracting wildlife is paramount in another. Elsewhere one is set in an old walled garden, across the road a new walled garden protects a maturing orchard.
Several gardeners cleverly borrow the beautiful surrounding Suffolk landscape, a herd of llama graze quietly in a field. Large garden sculptures by local artist Paul Richardson impress elsewhere.
Middleton artists will also be holding an exhibition. 'Gardens in a Wheelbarrow' will again be featured.
