 Seaton, near Uppingham, Rutland
Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June 2019
11.00am to 4.00pm
A range of gardens will be open this year with old favourites as well as some new openers - some small, some large - in this quiet conservation village.
We have stunning views over the Welland Valley and Welland Valley viaduct, completed in 1882 with 82 spans. All Hallows' Church dates from the Norman times and the original chancel, arch and doorway still exist. The building was added to in the 14th century and substantially renovated in the late 19th century. The church will be open to view.
From 10.30am, coffee, light lunches and homemade cakes will be available in the village hall. There will also be a book stall, a cake stall selling homemade cakes and biscuits, and an ice cream stall - weather permitting.
Not all gardens will be suitable for those with limited mobility, but all assistance will be given.
All proceeds will go to All Hallows' Church, Seaton and Seaton Village Hall.
Plant sales
There will be a well-stocked plant stall in one of the gardens.
Cost
£5.00 per person per day, accompanied children free.

Programmes with a map of the gardens will be on sale at the Village Hall. Please start your visit there.
