Our gardens vary in size and style ranging from wild to traditionally planted areas.
This year, we have walks scheduled around 'the Outback', a major re-wilding project at Jordan's farm; two gardens that participate in the National Gardens Scheme and a farm garden which houses the Munday-Sayer working observatory. These are all in addition to our pretty, formal and informal village gardens to be enjoyed against the backdrop our Chappel Viaduct, a Victorian engineering wonder and considered to be one of the seven man made wonders of the East of England, and which spans the Colne Valley over the River Colne.
The Village Hall is our base for this year's event where there will be a craft fayre and where refreshments and delicious cakes will be available. Two local Pubs at either end of the villages will also be open.

Proceeds to St. Barnabas and All Saints Churches Fabric Fund.

Cost
£5.00 adults, accompanied children free.
How to get tickets / programmes
On the day from the Village Hall, Colchester Road; in advance from Wakes Colne Village Stores. Tickets available from 10.30am, so turn up, browse around and have a cuppa before you start.

Directions / Parking
Take A1124 from Colchester/London A12. Pass under the viaduct and the Village Hall is approximately 150yds on the right-hand side.
Take A1124 from Halstead. The Village Hall entrance is on the left-hand side, just past All Saints Church.
