This is our 11th year of Open Gardens in the village. The gardens in the village range from the smallest patch, to allotments, large rambling gardens, a beautiful old Hall, cottages gardens, and much more. This year we have some new gardens for you to enjoy.
The Art Room and garden will be open for visitors to look around and note any art and craft events of interest coming up later in the year.
Tea, coffee and home made cakes on sale at the Church. Dogs on leads are welcome.
We hope all visitors enjoy their visit as much this year as they did in past years, some returning every year.
Proceeds to St. Lawrence Church.
Cost £6.00 adults, accompanied under 12s free.
How to get event passports On the day from the car parks, Church and from the village green plant stall; in advance from Hackney House Tea Rooms in the village.
Directions / Parking From M1 junction 29 to Chesterfield go through Newbold to the B6051 Barlow. Signposted parking is provided throughout the village. Coaches are welcome - please email to book in coaches.
