St. Nicholas-at-Wade Open Gardens

This biennial event offers a fun-filled weekend for all ages. Gardens will open this year along with an art show, a photography exhibition and a flower festival.

For the adventurers amongst you, there is also an underground chapel which will be open as part of the Open Gardens festivities. Many of our gardens feature stalls with various refreshments available, including lunches and cream teas.

The event is organised by the Friends of the Church, and the money raised goes to the St. Nicholas-at-Wade Church Fabric Fund.

Plant sales
Plants will be on sale over the weekend.

Cost
£5.00. Ticket is valid for both days.

How to get event passports
An entry ticket to all gardens is available at any garden and at the Church.

Number of gardens
Approximately 15 gardens will be open, but the total may vary from day to day - please contact the organisers if you need exact numbers.

The village is situated at the eastern end of the A299 Thanet Way as you enter the Isle of Thanet in northeast Kent.
