Harwich is a historic maritime town with a fascinating history built on a grid pattern in the 13th Century.
Harwich Secret Gardens is in its 16th year and will have a very large number of hidden gardens and courtyards open.
All gardens are easily reachable on foot. In addition to the gardens there are plenty of historic buildings. We are also winners of Pride of Tendring 2018.
Teas and coffee will be provided at St. Nicholas church, and there are plenty of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants for refreshment.
Proceeds Profits shared between local good causes.
Cost £5.00 adults, accompanied children free. Brochures have full garden details and a map showing places to eat.
How to get tickets / programmes Prior to the event and also at the weekend, entry brochures will be available from the Halfpenny Pier visitors centre, Harwich Museum and Deli 141 in Dovercourt High Street Also available at the weekend from St. Nicholas Church.
