East Hendred, near Wantage, Oxfordshire Sunday 7th June 2026 11.00am to 5.00pm
A stunning range of gardens are open, they vary in size from the traditional cottage garden to the larger more formal garden. The different styles and use of colours and planting are amazing.
The village is quite large and the gardens are spread from one end to the other so you can have an active day looking at all of the gardens or plot a much smaller route for just a few. There are steps and uneven surfaces to navigate on many gardens so access might be difficult for those with limited mobility.
There are two pubs open, both serving food so there are places to grab lunch or refreshments. Refreshments and cream teas are also available in the garden of Hendred House.
Proceeds Proceeds go to East Hendred Heritage Trust.
