Worth Village Open Gardens
Worth, south of Sandwich, Kent
Sunday 9th June 2024
1.00pm to 5.00pm
Set around the quintessentially Kentish village of Worth, with a village duck pond, historic church and two village pubs, you'íll have the opportunity to see private gardens with many different styles of planting and garden design.
Our aim is to bring local and the wider community together to enjoy a fun family day.
This year the villagers are holding a scarecrow making competition. We invite visitors to spot strategically positioned scarecrows, and join in with the judging.
We will have traditional tea and cake served in the village hall along with an ice cream van.
All proceeds go towards Martha Trust and Worth village church - Church of St. Peter & St. Paul.
There will be a plant sale from Archers Low Garden Centre.
£5.00 adults, accompanied 16s and under free.
