Histon and Impington, near Cambridge Sunday 16th June 2024 12.00noon to 6.00pm
The delightful neighbouring Cambridgeshire villages of Histon and Impington will be opening their gardens, with a wonderful selection of gardens of all shapes and sizes. From huge manor houses to the tiniest of plots, through Victorian terraces and modern designs, there will be something for everyone.
Peep behind the tall garden walls of an old manor house, in the bustling centre of the village, to discover a calm oasis with resident ducks. Hear about local history from the Village Society, while admiring gorgeous perennial borders. Get inspiration from amazing vegetable gardens and sumptuous cottage gardens worthy of glossy magazines. Discover woodlands, ponds galore, and sensory garden and even a moat. Learn how to welcome wildlife into your garden or walk barefoot in the maze.
A particular highlight is the chance to hear live music by local musicians - check website for times and locations.
Enjoy tea, coffee and cake in several gardens.
Proceeds Proceeds go to The Trussell Trust, Explorer Scouts, Histon & Impington Green Spaces and Histon & Impington Feast.
Plant sales Plant sales at The Green, Histon, and in several gardens.
Cost £6.00 on the day, £5.00 in advance, accompanied under 16s free.
How to get tickets / programmes On the day from any participating garden or The Green, Histon. In advance (from late May) from HIston Post Office, Station Stores, Topiary Tree, Ginhouse Flowers and St. Andrews Centre Café, or from our Saturday stall on The Green, 1st, 8th and 15th June

Directions / Parking Histon and Impington is three miles north of Cambridge and is accessed via the B1049 junction off the A14. There is limited car parking available off the High Street behind Thomson Webb and Corfield/Coral.
