Wivenhoe Open Gardens is a popular summer event in this village-like town, set on the River Colne in north-east Essex.
A variety of gardens will be open, including several that are new to the event.
Refreshments and displays of arts and crafts can be enjoyed in some of the gardens and the church will be open for refreshments, with books for sale.
This is one of the early Open Gardens weekends, so start your summer in Wivenhoe.
Proceeds are shared between St Mary's Church and local causes chosen each year by The Wivenhoe Society.
