Bellerby Open Gardens is a very popular fund raising event for local good causes, with many of the residents having opened their gardens for a number of years.
Over a dozen gardens regularly open (often many more) both large and small, well established and new, enabling everyone to see ideas that they can use themselves.
Flower arrangements in the church, and music in the afternoon, gardens spread within easy walking distance throughout this attractive village of becks and bridges, a scarecrow trail, plant sales and other stalls, refreshments available all day in the hall with an adjacent children's play area, there's plenty to see and do even if the weather isn't at its best.
There is a children's scarecrow competition to cast your vote for within the greenhouse in the newly created community garden.
Proceeds go towards any village causes and projects.

Directions / Parking Bellerby is situated on the A6108 Richmond to Leyburn road, 2 miles North of Leyburn. Approximately 10 miles from Richmond, 22 miles from Ripon, 23 Miles from Northallerton, and 18 from Hawes.
